The theme of
EncourageMeKids is of course "Encourage Someone Today" and to help that
along, when you see *SASE after the post for the day, if you send me a
self addressed stamped envelope (SASE) 2804 8th St., Columbus, NE 68601,
I will send you three Encouragement Cards.
B is for BeaYOUtiful!
Hey
BeaYOUtiful! Who doesn't love to hear that they are beautiful? What a
great way to make someone feel good about themselves. Send your kids
out the door in the morning with this encouragement and they will
shine all morning. Answer your spouses phone call that way and how
would that change their day?
Beauty
is not just an outward appearance. True beauty shines from within.
The word BEAUTIFUL means possessing qualities that give great
pleasure or satisfaction to see, hear or think about – delighting
the senses.*
“He has made everything beautiful in its own time.” Isaiah 40:8
It is so
easy to see the beauty that shines from within every child. But is
sometimes hidden in those who are not always our favorite people to
be around; the hurting, the brokenhearted the irritating person that
is in your path. Look for it anyway. The beauty that is inside
everyone of us sometimes needs a little help to come out. Surprise
someone by telling them you can see the beauty in them. See what a
change that makes to them.
Encourage Someone Today!
(Send me a SASE for 3 encouragement cards - Day 2). *Dictionary.com
beauty sure comes in all forms indeed. Have to look to see each seed
ReplyDeleteYes we do! Thanks for your comments.
DeleteI love that verse! Encouraging others is something we all need to make of doing every day!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorites also! Thanks for reading and commenting.
DeleteA seemingly small comment can make someone's day! Thanks for the encouragement to do that.

Oh, I love those cards!
ReplyDeleteI make it a habit to complement people (acquaintance and stranger alike) whenever I see something nice about them. Too many people are too quick to criticise, but not enough of us make a habit of complements.
